Life coaching in combination with hypnosis or by itself represents another opportunity to help my clients to make positive changes in their life.   What is a life coach? A life coach is similar to a mentor who helps their clients find the drive and guidance to see their true potential, their true self-worth and set goals for achieving those goals and breaking free from patterns that keeps them from succeeding.

What Are The Benefits Of Working With A Life Coach?

Working with a life coach is similar to working with a personal trainer. A life coach will help you to discover parts of yourself that you may have blocked or hidden away. A life coach will help you to define goals and a plan to achieve your goals using the strength and skills that you already have and new skills that you can acquire. A life coach provides encouragement to take the steps to make positive changes and create positive change in your life.

How Many Session Will I Need?

The process of making changes in your life is like peeling an onion, there are many layers to who we are, what we’ve learned or believe about ourselves, whether good or bad. So there is no definitive timeframe for how many sessions will be needed. That will be decided between you and I as we do the work and how proactive the client is to achieve their goals. 

What If I Don’t Live In The Boston Area?

That’s fine. I’ve worked with clients across the United States. I work with clients on the phone and online using using Zoom video conferencing software. Using Zoom, we can see each other almost as if we were face to face in my office. With technology I can work with clients all over the world. Technology provides fantastic freedom and possibilities to help anyone anywhere.
